We’re excited to announce that after years of planning we have moved into a more spacious, better-equipped hospital – just 100 yards from our old building, on the other side of the street, at:
137 South Avenue
Fanwood, New Jersey 07023
In the new space, we will continue to follow our service updates for COVID-19.
Due to concerns about the novel Coronavirus and COVID 19, we will begin taking additional precautions to keep our staff, doctors, and clients safe.
In an effort to reduce contagion risk we are implementing “curbside appointments”. When you arrive for your appointment please call us at 908-322-7500 to check in and wait in the car with your pet. Please let the receptionist know the type of car you are driving and provide your mobile number so the doctor can call you.
A technician will come out to your car to escort your pet into the hospital for their exam. As the technician approaches your car, please take your pet out of the car so that the technician does not have to reach into or enter your car. Also, we are asking everyone to wear a face covering during all their interactions with our technicians.
The doctor will call you to talk to you about your pets symptoms and any other issues you would like to discuss. After the doctor examines your pet they will call you back with a health assessment and estimate of services before proceeding with any treatment.
At the conclusion of your appointment we will call you for payment and your pet will be escorted back to your car.
Please call ahead for medication and food refills. We will ask you to pay over the phone to minimize the contact between all of us. When you arrive to pick up your medications or food please call (908) 322-7500 and we’ll place it outside the door.
We are cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with increased vigilance several times a day.
Once again, pets do not seem to be susceptible to this disease nor to be able to transmit it.
If you yourself are sick with any concerning symptoms (fever, cough), or have been exposed to someone who has or might have COVID 19, and your pet is experiencing a significant health issue, let us know. We will work out a way to help.
